Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Opening Order: The minimum opening order is $200 with no minimum for reorders.
Leadtime: Our normal leadtime is 1- 2 weeks. We typically stock a large quantity and will be able to fulfill orders in one week or less. If you are ordering custom sizes they may require additional time. We will contact you with your estimated leadtime- this will vary depending upon the size and item you are ordering.
Shipment: All orders are shipped FedEx ground from Studio City, California. Freight charges are specified in cart. Local delivery may be available for a lesser charge. Please e-mail us to inquire about local delivery charges and schedule if applicable.
Claims: Please inspect all packages at time of receipt. Any damages or missing items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. We will replace any damaged good with the same product only. No refunds or returns will be given without authorization.
Our wholesale discount will apply only to our exclusive products which include: All pet beds, pet feeders, and pet houses.
Please be aware that all of our products are individually hand crafted, therefor no two are exactly alike. Each are hand painted, and hand distressed making all items one of a kind.
