What forms of payment do you accept? top
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. We also accept E-checks and Paypal for online payments. You can also mail your payment to us in form of money order, cashiers check, or personal check (allow time for your personal check to clear before we ship your product to you).
What is your exchange/return policy? top
We stand behind all of our products! If you receive an item that is defective, you MUST contact us with the specific issue within 24 Hours of receipt so we may exchange the item for its exact replacement. No Exceptions! All sales are final
, with the exception of defective items (not to mistaken for items damaged during delivery).
Items damaged by your pet are non-returnable and will be considered a complete loss. We do not repair or replace items damaged by your pet. Before returning an item, you MUST contact us via e-mail, and wait for a return e-mail confirmation, without this confirmation your return will not be accepted.
Items being returned must be in their original packaging and carton. We ask that you insure it for full value and retain your postal receipts. If you have any questions, please e-mail us. Shipping Charges are NOT refundable.
1) Please e-mail us at email@example.com to request a return authorization.
2) If the return is authorized, you will be given an authorization number. Please write it on your package and on the copy of the purchase receipt being sent. Please indicate whether or not you would like a store credit or if you would like to exchange it for another item. We will charge you an additional shipping fee to send your exchanged product to you.
3) Please use a shipping method that issues a tracking number for the package (DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS with Delivery Confirmation). Return freight will not be reimbursed.

Items damaged in transit must be reported with 24 hours of receipt. Your assistance will be required during the claim process. FedEx will arrange to pick up and inspect the merchandise and packaging at your location. Please keep all of the packaging material exactly as you received it.
What are your shipping rates & policies? top
All items with delivery addresses within the 48 Continental United States are shipped via FedEx Ground. Shipping charges are shown in your shopping cart. Some exceptions apply due to oversized package size and/or weight. Orders being sent to Hawaii, Alaska or Internationally will have higher shipping charges. To receive a quote on shipping prior to placing your order, please e-mail us at: Info@notsoshabbypets.com. Your purchase will be fully insured when shipped. FedEx Ground Delivery will usually take aprox. 5 business days to arrive. Any "in stock" items that we have will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.
We will allow local pickups, please contact prior to ordering to make arrangements.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? top
Most orders will be shipped within 3 business days (depending on product availability) and will be delivered within 7 business days. Most orders reach their destination promptly and without incident. Please understand that Not So Shabby Pets has no control over delivery day or delivery time, once the parcel is turned over to the carrier.
Are your products safe for my pet? top
Yes! Our products are very safe for your pet. You (and your pet) can rest assured that our products are made right here in the United States and are not Imported, therefor we know everything that is being used in the crafting process from start to finish is safe. All of our pet furnishings and accessories are hand painted with lead-free paint, and are constructed from solid wood.
Do you donate to any charities? top
Yes. We donate 10% of our net sales to The Humane Society of The United States. Not So Shabby Pets is not just a business for us.. we REALLY love animals and want to help out in any way we can.
Do you offer custom sizes/colors? top
Yes. We build our products by hand ourselves. This makes it easy for us to customize anything for you from start to finish. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we will design something especially for you. (Additional charges may apply).
Do you offer wholesale accounts? top
Yes. If you are a retail store and would like to carry our products, please fill out our wholesale application on the website and once approved you can place your orders online immediately!
